How automation works

When an enquiry is received, our SmartBot automatically processes the user’s question and intelligently understands it using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
2. Find the best expert to respond
Once the intent is understood, the conversation is assigned to the best expert to answer it:
SmartBot: it delivers an automated answer with an optional handover to Guurus.
Guurus: if no automated answer is yet in place for the question, it is seamlessly routed to the community.
3. Continuous learning
The SmartBot improves its abilities with each incoming conversation. The community continuously monitors the SmartBot knowledge and accuracy to keep the AI/ML model sharp and fresh.
4. Analyze and refine
Clients have a transparent overview of the performance of the SmartBot in the Partner Portal and can easily make changes to their automation strategy.
